V.1.1 Changelog


Version 1.1 has been released! This update fixes a few major bugs and issues from the original release.

  • In the original version, the difficulty scalar was set too high, making enemies much too fast and able to kill the player in one hit as they reached lower islands. This made the game nearly impossible to beat.
  • There was a bug where an enemy would be stopped by a wall, but then after a few seconds would teleport through it to reach the player. Enemies should now continue to be stopped by walls (though their pathfinding may allow them to find ways to walk around them).
  • Islands falling should be less laggy. It is still not the best and the game will see a dip in performance as one falls, but it should be a bit better for now. This issue will continue to be worked on.

Thank you for all of the feedback from people who have played our game! We hope to continue to update Atrofall over the following weeks to fix major issues, and it may see more changes after then.
